The Kings of the four seasons by Marcella Muhammad

The last two days are days of work since this is a working vacation. I can't express my pride and joy in Valerie for the great contribution she is giving to the Lawyers of Durban. I think she is truly wonderful and I am beaming from ear to ear to be with her.
This time I will address some of the tools of the trip. I found out about Skype just before leaving for Africa. We ordered phones to use to call back home and to talk with each other and that turned our to be a nightmare but we did find a way to make it work locally.
Skype turned out to be a blessing for calling back home to the US. Only two cents a minuet and the clarity of the calls are amazing and you can talk as long as you want.
You will need to consider adapters to use your electronics like computer and phone chargers. there is a difference of plugs for using your electronics, and Skype would be useless if we lost use of the computers. Also you will need a step down converter. We came with too much but we didn't fall short in our communications.
Our next stop will be on safari. How can you go to Africa without seeing the Wild of Africa? I hope to get up close and personal with the wilds of this great land.
Looking forward to the next three days of our trip.. Nothing could make me happier about being here than knowing what Valerie has done so far.

Happy Birthday to Nelson Mandela!!
"During my lifetime, I have dedicated myself to the struggle of the African people. I have fought against white domination and I have fought against black domination. I have cherished the ideal of a democratic and free society in which all persons live together in harmony and with equal opportunities. It is an ideal which I hope to live for and to achieve. But if need be, it is an ideal for which I am prepared to die".

There were two parks we went to. Thanda which is a private Lodge and there was Hluhluwe/Umfolozi a state reserve. Thanda is a most spectacular place with rooms that will humble you in it wonder and comfort and the game drives in an open vehicle is the only way to find the game in the park. Fifteen minutes of arrival we saw two lion male brothers. This was the start of a fantastic two day one night visit.
